Terms
Terms of use
Last updated: 2 October 2026
This is a translation. If there are differences, the Italian version prevails.
By using the Italiano per te app or this website you accept these terms. They are short: please read them.
1. Who provides the app
The app is provided by Kevin José Gracia Orejuela. Contact: kevin.gracia.tic@gmail.com.
2. What it is for
Italiano per te is for studying: CPIA school subjects and preparation for the CILS B1 exam. It is for personal, educational use.
3. No guarantee you will pass
The app helps you prepare. We can’t guarantee you will pass the exam: that depends mostly on your study. Mock exam scores are an estimate, not an official grade.
4. Content
We check the content carefully, but it may contain mistakes or be out of date. If you find a mistake, tell us.
Information about exams, citizenship and permits is not legal advice. Always check official sources.
5. Independent app
Independent app. Not official and not affiliated with the CPIA schools, the University for Foreigners of Siena or the Italian Ministry of Education. “CPIA” and “CILS” are mentioned only to describe the content. Names and trademarks belong to their owners.
6. Purchases on iPhone
- Full B1 is a one-time in-app purchase, with no subscription. It is bought through the App Store and tied to your Apple ID.
- Apple’s terms apply to purchases, including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
- You see the price in the App Store before paying. In Italy it is €9.99.
- Refunds are handled by Apple (how to).
- The “coffee” is a voluntary tip. It doesn’t unlock any content.
7. Ownership of the content
The texts, exercises, explanations, design and logo of Italiano per te belong to Kevin José Gracia Orejuela. You may use them to study. You may not copy, sell or publish them elsewhere without written permission.
8. Liability
We provide the app as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damage from using the app. Your consumer rights are not affected.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights given to you by the law of the country where you live.
